We deliver to most locations across India. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or contacted by our customer care team.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Prescription orders may require additional verification, which may extend processing time.

Standard Delivery Times

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2-3 business days
  • Tier 1 Cities & State Capitals: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities & District Headquarters: 4-6 business days
  • Rural Areas & Remote Locations: 5-7 business days

Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of order dispatch, not order placement.

Prescription medicines may require an extra 1-2 days for verification and approval.

Cold chain products and specialty items may have extended delivery times.

Tracking details are sent by email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Delivery times may be affected by festivals, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Charges

  • Charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery address, and are displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available above a certain order value, as indicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Track your order status using the tracking link in your order confirmation email or by logging into your MetabolixMD India account.

Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost, contact our care team at support@metabolixmdindia.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
  • Do not accept any package that is tampered with or damaged. Report such deliveries immediately for resolution.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or other reasons, the package will be returned. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
