Return & Refund Policy

MetabolixMD India is committed to delivering Telehealth consultations, health and wellness products in the right condition, every time an order is placed. Please check products at the time of delivery. This policy outlines the return, refund, cancellation, and shipping practices for all MetabolixMD India orders.

'Return' means giving back the product(s) ordered at MetabolixMD India by the consumer. Returns may be initiated for the following reasons:

• Product(s) delivered do not match your order.
• Product(s) delivered are past or near expiry (less than 3 months to expiry).
• Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not accept any product with a tampered seal).

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, do not accept the delivery. If damage is discovered after opening, you may return it for a refund within 7 days. Replacement is subject to availability; refunds are offered within 14 working days if replacement is not possible.

1. Initiate Return: Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer care at support@metabolixmdindia.com.
2. Verification: MetabolixMD India will verify your claim within 72 business hours.
3. Product Pickup: If your claim is approved, we will arrange to collect the product(s). Ensure products are packed in their original packaging.
4. Refund: Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of reverse pickup, if required.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Wrong ordering does not qualify for return.
• Batch number must match the invoice.
• Returns due to change in prescription do not qualify.
• Products must be unopened and in original packaging.
• Partially consumed or used products do not qualify.

Certain categories are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

• Baby Care: Bottle nipples, breast pumps, diapers, wipes, etc.
• Food & Nutrition: Health drinks, supplements.
• Healthcare Devices: Glucometer strips, health monitors, surgical kits.
• Sexual Wellness: Condoms, fertility kits, lubricants.
• Temperature Controlled & Specialty Medicines: Vials, injections, vaccines, penfills, etc.

• Orders paid via online payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Orders paid via cash on delivery will be refunded to the customer's bank account.
• Refunds are typically processed within 30 days from the date of product pickup or confirmation.
